Wodeland Avenue

Refurbishment of a turn-of-the-century Edwardian house included: installing a pressurised heating system, new electrics, two new bathrooms and moving several interior walls to utlitise space in a more effective way. The central chimney stack was removed from the basement through to the roof, allowing more space in the rooms through which it ran. In the second phase of work on this property, two basement rooms were created with a seeker tanking system, as well as installation of an en suite shower room, a laundry room / kitchenette and, to the main room, wooden framed double glazed French doors and side lights over looking the pretty garden - all for potential lodgers, guests, or teenage den!
