Two double storey side extensions and internal refurbishment

Extensions to either side of this property created an elegantly-sized sitting room for easy entertaining, with double glazed windows and doors onto the garden, and to the west flank a modern kitchen, dining room and family room benefitting from  additional light thanks to the hand-crafted roof lantern.

The double extension, which matched the existing façade, gave a sense of symmetry and allowed the house to keep its balance. New oak flooring runs from the original entry hall into the new kitchen and family room, helping to make the transition from old and traditional to new and contemporary, appear seamless.
